These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContextHarbor, a local-first retrieval-augmented-generation platform operated by Pradeep Gudipati ("we", "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.

The service

ContextHarbor lets you sign in with a password, or with Google or GitHub, to access a project's search and indexing tools. Access may require approval from an organization administrator, either in advance (an allowlist entry) or after your account is created.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, you're also bound by that provider's own terms of service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ContextHarbor to violate any law, to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data or accounts.

Availability and changes

ContextHarbor is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms — continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
